Coordinated Health (CH) is a Pennsylvania- based, privately held, physician-owned, specialized hospital network. CH delivers simple, accessible, affordable and a consistently effective value-based continuum of healthcare.
The CH network focuses on a range of services including Orthopedics, Joint Replacements, Sports Medicine, Primary Care, Women’s Health and more across our 15 clinics, 2 hospitals, 1 ambulatory surgical center, 4 Walk-in Care on Demand facilities across Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey. In addition, Coordinated Health also has the largest integrated physical therapy program with 10 rehab locations including both physical therapy and occupational therapy.
Surgeons at Coordinated Health perform over 14,000 procedures a year and have access to 14 operating rooms through their own state-of-the-art hospital. In addition to the hospitals and ambulatory surgical center, Coordinated Health also has its own Transitional Care Center, which offers patients the opportunity for short-term rehabilitation.
Coordinated Health has earned the Top Performer ratings from The Joint Commission for three years in a row and has also repeatedly earned top patient satisfaction scores from the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services and other nationally recognized consumer awards.
